Industrial Open Frame Touch Screen Monitor Solutions Caltron's IPR and IPS, IP-65 compliant industrial touch screen monitor lineup are sealed and dust/liquid resistant industrial monitors that provide protection from the elements or industrial situations that would typically damage non-sealed monitors. We offer two touch screen technology variants: resistive and surface acoustic wave. The IPR resistive touch screen line utilizes a 5-wire resistive touch screen overlay and the IPS models utilize a Surface Acoustic Wave touch screen. Both compliant monitors contain a seal around the touch panel to repel potentially damaging liquids and particles, thus protecting the internal electrical components.
